It's still in its development stage but right now somebody can use it to create a window, Direct3D, DirectInput (Keyboard and mouse), use textures ( render using the EghQuad class or EgGraphics' (ID3DXSprite*)m_pSprite variable.), and setup a frame timer to get the FPS.
